Method of solving this CAT Quantitative Ability Question from TIme, Speed, Distance and Work question
(d) When Karan runs 100m, Arjun runs only 90m So, in the new situation, Karan has to run 110 m
Hence, distance covered by Arjun when Karan covers
110 = 90/100 × 110 = 99 m
Therefore, Karan beats Arjun by 1m
