Method of solving this CAT DILR Question from Data Sufficiency question

(c) From first statement alone we can’t deduce any thing as we don’t know the radius of the sphere. From second statement alone we can’t conclude anything as it gives information only about outer volume. Considering both the statements together the volume can be found.
